A  self taught baker who over the years has turned a passion and interest into a thriving business. Starting as a home baker producing mini cheesecakes on weekends as a small business alongside my flying career to nearly three years later running my own craft bakery & cake studio based in Much Hadham, Hertfordshire. I love the space I have created to call my work, as I'm sure you will agree too!

I pride myself on the high quality products I offer, from the customer service and  freshness of flavour to the intricate designs and details. A lot of hard work and care goes into each of your orders from postal cookies and hand delivered gifts to the cake for the biggest day of your life. I love specialising in cakes with beautiful fresh blooms , pressed flowers or dried which always shows in most of my work.​

With 10 years of my career in the skies before moving full time with my business, I always knew my biggest drive and motivation was making my customers smile, spending time with them through anniversaries, birthdays and honeymoons, making their biggest adventures that little more special. I love more than ever that  I  can now take that drive further and be a part of my couples' biggest days of their lives, baby showers and birthdays big and small through cake, grazing. cookies and more importantly smiles. Seeing my customers faces light up and smiles fill the room when collecting or delivering orders makes me know every day, I love what I do.
